I Figured Out How to NOT Feel Guilty About Online Time
1 Attachment(s)
Somedays I spend more time browsing and adding projects and generally getting distracted than I do actually accomplishing anything.
So I rigged this up. I got the treadmill at a yard sale, and it's so nice to read email/Quilting Board/browse online, etc. It's also a benefit to my back and neck which get sore sitting around whether online or sewing. This morning I was just going to post a comment to my hubby and ten minutes just flew by! I did that twice and have already walked almost two miles today. I don't know if you can tell but that is my laptop. |
Whatever works! ;)

What a great idea. I spend too much time online too. I have just seen some reports about people arranging their offices so that most of their time is spent standing up. I guess I better learn how to go garage saleing.

What a great idea! I will have to talk to DH about rigging my treadmill for me too! Thanks for sharing this:D

I can't type and walk at the same time.I guess you read a little type then?
|
Well aren't you clever! I'll need to try that after I get my new knee.
|
Good for you! Now if I could only find a space for a treadmill.

I can type if I slow down the speed. I notice my treadmill is not as sturdy as I like, so I often have to stand on the foot-pads to close a window -- hitting the little x with my cursor is hard.
