Good luck! It looks fun. However beware! My 22 year old daughter was given the kit by her boyfriend for Christmas when we had all the family staying. They settled down to try it out in the afternoon and she went through all the starting bits where you input your personal data. She became totally disillusioned because in front of a room full of people it told her she is obese and has a physical age of 30! We know she is cuddly but that seemed a bit cruel, especially when she does try to keep fit!

We only have so much room in our brain...so the rest of the information has to rest somewhere...LOL
