oh my you lost your beautiful sewing room, i so enjoyed how you had it set up one of my favorite sewing rooms but can,t to see your new one

So....which kid moved back home? Really, how did you lose your sewing room? but Yeah! you now have a great space to play!

I've been pondering taking over the dining room. We get rid of the kitchen furniture and move the dining room furniture into the kitchen. Still thinking about it. Sounds like you made a good decision.

DH and I decided after the first child moved back home after college it was much better to pay the rent on a safe apartment (no luxury, not even a nice one) then have the hassle of a grown kid in the house. DD hated the apartment so took a job she didn't want to move to a better one. So sad she was so put upon. LOL.
