Two years ago our oldest daughter, Meredith, was diagnosed with MS. Last year (too late) we found out about the MS Bike Ride in Georgia. This year we decided to form a family team to raise awareness and money for MS research. We are committed to finding a cure!!!
That said---I bought a bicycle in the Spring, trained some and then rode 35 miles on Saturday and 25 miles on Sunday!!! It was a very hilly, challenging course. The weather was perfect and we had a great time. Crossing the finish line on Sunday-- me, my son-in-law, my brother-in-law, my husband, my sister-in-law Our team with Meredith (she is in the jeans) There were over 1100 riders!! What an amazing thing done by your family. We just had a MS bike ride in our community. I know several people that have been diagnosed with MS & hope that a cure is found soon.
