The quilt is darling, Pam. I like your FMQ hearts.

Thanks! I will probably be making another just like it for another niece. And then a different one for her sister.

Pam, the quilt is adorable. Love the FMQ.
Thanks for the soup recipe. It sounds wonderful especially in this cols weather. |
Ladies, I haven't forgotten to announce the winner. The winner for January is createfourpaws. I started the month at 207 and ended the month at 201. losing 6 lbs.
I am still waiting to get under the 200 mark, have a cruise to go on this summer and want to get more off. Keep up all the good work |
It seems that I overlooked an email or it got lost in cyberspace. I am not the winner with 6 lbs lost. out winner is Pam H with 8 lbs lost. Congrats Pam. Will get the FQ's out to you this weekend.

Congratulations to both of you; you are both winners!!

Yes, congrats on the weight loss to both of you.
I confess with the extreme cold and all I'm just not even thinking about weight loss. I'm trying to stay hydrated but am just trying to get through the days. I'm in a 'funk.' Hopefully, I'll get motivated again soon. I skipped yoga last night. I just could not face going out in the dark again and we were expecting rain/freezing rain before class was due to be over. I really need to get back to the gym and get some aerobic activity going, my mood has definitely been affected by lack of excercise. |
