When you are on the app, look at the top and see the SHOP link - that part also has coupons.....did you know you can use the app coupons again and again? At least my store lets me do that.....

There was a lady ahead of me yesterday at Joanns and she tried using a coupon on her phone. For some reason she couldn't use it.???

Our apps are still working and you should be getting emails on a daily basis. If you haven't shopped in quite awhile and used a coupon, your emails or mailers can stop. If your app isn't working, simply go into the website and you'll find the coupons. You often have to scroll to the bottom of the site to get the coupons (so you will look at everything!). At the front is simply the teaser banner, not the bar coded coupon. FYI - if the coupon does not have a barcode, read carefully, it will be an online only sale.

The email coupons are usually better.

You can use Michael's and Hobby Lobby coupons at JoAnn's, as many as you have. Michael's will take the others, as well, but will only take one. Hobby Lobby only takes their own.

I also unable to get the coupon on my Joanne app. I have a LG3. It was update recently. I get some text coupons. When I click on the coupon tab , it states "no coupons" I notice this about 2 weeks ago.
