I work in IT and always say its a PEBUAK Error

(Problem Exists Between User and Keyboard) and it really makes people mad when the 1st question I ask is did you restart the PC? 9 times out of 10 that is enough to fix the issue.

I'm a real hard case.

This Silver Surfer used to work on pc's but after husband
suddenly died I lost memory cells.(first of 7 family deaths in 7 yrs). Seven yrs later I needed a repair man and he did a good job so I kept him. Only now he tells me I can do if I keep working so that is why I have no avatar. But, we have that movie.
