I'm not kidding that was her direct quote...I'm thinking "seriously? seriously?" I can't even bring myself to respond to this person....

reply to her...."uh...no, NOT OK"

- so that's what I'm going to do before I tell her where she can go with her "computer sticky thingy" (memory stick).[/quote]

No, no, NO. Don't put anything in writing. NOTHING. Just let it go. She's not stupid, just greedy. The best revenge is to sell it to someone else. But do NOT put anything in writing.

You can vent to us, but not to anyone on ebay.

hahahahaha - good answer!

I've taken ya'lls advice and gone and blocked her from bidding I can see this becoming a nightmare quickly....

You are handling that well - is she emailing you or posting questions on the ebay board?

dreamer2009 03-24-2011 07:27 PM

how does she have your email address ??
emails are not valid in an ebay claim only ebay messaging.
Please stop with the emails.
She is a gamer...don't play the game.

she had sent me a question about the hours since the machine was last serviced - my machine doesn't track that - so I took a screen shot and sent it to her rather than adding it to my posting. She has also sent these same emails through the ebay email system. But she has sent them a 2nd time to my personal account.

Pam,
I have dealt with these people and it always ends up a major headache.
Just block her and don't respond to any more messages or emails.
she knows she has a fish (you) on the line and she is going to try and reel you in. you do not want to sell to her at any cost.

craftybear 03-24-2011 09:37 PM

I would report her to ebay

Don't bother!

mhansen6 03-25-2011 06:34 AM

Absolutely!!!! What nerve she has, $2000 less than what you're asking?! NOT OKAY!!!

Margie 03-25-2011 06:56 AM

Why even respond to such a rude person.

rexie 03-25-2011 07:01 AM

Oh...I would definetely respond!

Candace 03-25-2011 07:28 AM

Funny that because you're asking a certain price, a negative is thrown at you and you're labeled "adamant". Don't people understand the old saying you get more with honey than with vinegar? If I were trying to get a lower price or a discount on something I surely wouldn't go about it by calling the owner names! Sheesh. Bet she's one of those Darwin Award Winners.

If you wanted to give it AWAY YOU WOULDN'T HAVE LISTED IT TO SELLLLLLLLL!!!!!! Some are just dumb!

cafegold2 03-25-2011 07:56 AM

Write her "Thou shalt not steal".

MrsRodgers 03-25-2011 08:09 AM

I believe that you couldn't just plug the USB stick in, because the machine is not a computer, and can't recognize the drive. The computer sees the drive, so the machine can see it.

MommaDorian 03-25-2011 08:32 AM

Ha ha!! That's rich. Hope she just goes away and doesn't cause you anymore trouble.

Quiltbeagle 03-25-2011 08:49 AM

That offer is just an insult! Don't even waste your time answering her.

stitchinwitch 03-25-2011 08:54 AM

have you heard from her anymore

linhawk 03-25-2011 09:17 AM

PTquilts....ROTFLMBO.
Wonder which slot she would choose?

pamkasperi 03-25-2011 09:55 AM

Nothing today - but its still early...do crazy people sleep late?

I'm getting frustrated - I've had 20 emails from other people asking questions and showing interest and no one is bidding....they just need to bid already

debbieoh 03-25-2011 10:50 AM

forward her email to ebay thats agaisnt their rules. You aren't suppose to ask to buy stuff out right. tell her to go someone else and look for a sucker.
Stitck to your guns sounds like shes one of those people who look for ways to take avantage of people

smagruder 03-25-2011 11:22 AM

Don't even respond to her!

cutebuns 03-25-2011 11:35 AM

I would be tempted to offer a special price just for her,$10,000.

pollym44 03-25-2011 12:13 PM

Please tell us you didn't say "OK".

GlitzyMe 03-25-2011 12:25 PM

Simple. Your reply: "No". Then don't respond to any more contact from her.

butterflies5518 03-25-2011 06:19 PM

Not NO but heck NO, how rude and presumptious! It takes all kinds and so sorry this one crossed your path! Udder nonsense...

pamkasperi 03-25-2011 06:36 PM

I told ya'll this person was sleeping all day - I just got an ebay message saying "oh come on sell it to me for $2500.00 that's a very good offer!" - I blocked them from my personal email and as a bidder not sure how to block them from my ebay email!

cutebuns 03-25-2011 06:47 PM

For her it is a good one. But not so much for you. I have the pr620 which is the brother version. So know what they are worth new. And you have a very good price especially if it is gently used.

If I lived across the border and had the money I would look into it. I keep thinking that I want another like it. Mine gets used aa lot.

"across the border"????

I used mine alot in the beginning - paid over 10 thou for it - worth it too - but in the end after 6 years it only has 675 hours logged on it.

So it is a good deal....

how did you like the 620?
