Lemon. Have an old lemon tree in the back yard.
Never spray with chemicals, so is safe to eat all of it.
I dry the peel, freeze the juice, make Bitter Lemon
Marmalade from the whole fruit (including seeds)
and lemon curd and lemon jelly.

I've never had lemon jelly, I bet its good. I might have to try that.
