Lemon Lemon Bars

I have both a lemon and a lime tree, we make tons and tons (ok gallons and gallons) of Lemonaid. We throw away tons of limes every year.

Lemon. Have an old lemon tree in the back yard.
Never spray with chemicals, so is safe to eat all of it.
I dry the peel, freeze the juice, make Bitter Lemon
Marmalade from the whole fruit (including seeds)
and lemon curd and lemon jelly.

texas granny 05-26-2011 04:23 PM

lemon always.

Aunt Sue 05-26-2011 04:25 PM
