Gee guys, I'm all choked up........I'm just trying to reach as many people as I can with humour. I know how important it is to smile and a belly laugh can be so therapeutic! Most of us here have suffered and had grief at sometime in our lives. I feel we are truly blessed to be able to reach out to others without ever leaving home. I am doing this for myself as well.

Sometimes I miss a few days when life gets hectic or I feel to lousy to get on line.I think of you here. There are many of you I have been sharing this forum with for years. I have met so many wonderful people and made friends.

I echo all the above comments AND add that I very much appreciate the excellent tutorial you did, Ditter, on string quilts and especially the QAYG method you included. I used that method, and the string quilt, in my reversible quilt (http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...t-t192134.html) posting a month ago, and I thank you again for all the effort you put into that tutorial. It was very well done indeed and easy to follow. Later in the posting I credited your posting so others could use that great QAYG method. Thanks again!

I would also like to thank you Ditter, I know when I see your name on a post that my mood will lighten as soon as I have read it. Thank You for being a bright spot for many of us.

I too want to thank you, Ditter, for sharing your humorous posts with the rest of us. When I see a post from you in this section of the forum, I get ready to smile and I'm never disappointed. No pressure! LOL! You're the best.

Put me down as a charter member of the Ditter Fan Club! When you are missing from the board my days just don't start as well. Confession time- my friends and family think I'm terribly funny and send out such wonderful e-mails. They don't know that I'm just passing on "Ditterisms". (I only share jokes and video links, would never pass on anything of a personal nature.) Thank you, Ditter, for making all our lives just a little bit sunnier!

Let me add to this also. Sometimes your stuff is just what I need to get me over a hump.

Ditter, you are a household phenomenon here!!! I check the Board first thing in the AM, and ask my husband if he wants to hear "a Ditter." We just crack up with your humor and are very thankful for the days you are able to post. Your reach many folks and make their lives sing. Wonderful!

Thanks Ditter. I keep thinking I would love to live next door to you. I've always wanted a fun neighbor with a great sense of humor. Haven't had the good fortune to live next door to anyone like that yet. You really get my day off to a good start.
