Thanks Carol B. I am just going to have to find another picture or another dog :-) he is just so much one color that it all runs together but I bookmarked that site and I will use it with something else. A friend has a boat picture that will be awesome in that.

Paint Shop Pro can do it, too. You will probably want to reduce the number of colors - look at the software that you get with your camera, too. It can be called posterizing in some.

A friend of my found a program that works great. Its called Be funky. It does exactly what I want on photos except my Andy. He is too all one color I may be doing a lot of thread painting on this one. Its going on my list of things to do.
