My hubby telly me that he can tell that I am feeling creative lately and don't worry about the housework, just go be creative. The house will always be there, but me and my creativity may not be. He is a keeper.

... having a husband who literally didn't leave my bedside when I was seriously ill a few years ago. He wouldn't let any doctors or nurses even TOUCH me without his consent. He had to know what they were doing, and why they were doing it ... for the 4+ months that were spent in and out of the hospital, E/R, and various doctors' offices. And then he stood right by my side during the devastating financial aftermath.

High school sweethearts, dated for 6 years, married for 22, and still going strong. :)

And he supports my hobbies! ;)

jljack 10-27-2010 03:41 PM

Not saying a word when DH has lost his company and now makes 1/3 of what he made before, and we can't pay the bills, and he goes out and buys a book on something he just got interested in. Gotta love 'em!!!

Love is finding your handicapped husband kneeling on the floor
right after you were diagnosed with breast cancer, praying for your life to be saved. And having to help him up from the floor to his walker.
