Man Builds Fairy Tale Home

My questions: Did he need to get a Building Permit to build this house? I wonder what City Department
would approve it? More people could afford houses IF they could build it where they wanted to build it... but most cities, townships and county departments have Rules out the Wazoo...and would not allow anyone to build this. As the saying goes "Not in our jurisdiction!" June in Cincinnati |
