Can't say I am here too too late, but enough to enjoy seeing as many projects I can... I find I dream of quilting... lol I am sure I am not the only one that does that.. but I honestly dream of designs and sewing! I only wish I were that good hehehehe..

I too belong to the "middle of the night club" around here. My biggest problem is that I snack on a little ice cream. Honest, it actually helps me get sleepy. I'd rather be up working on ideas (very quietly) than doped up to sleep all night.

Hah! I thought thoughts of quilting would be as calming as my gardening thoughts or imagining pleasant vacations. But now I'm waking up at 3AM getting anxiety about whether I should rip out what I did last night or whether my thread is any good or whether design dictates unequal width of surrounding sash and weighted border, or if the quilt I made for little Molly will fall apart when they wash it again. Three AM is the time I reserve for worrying about really serious stuff so I am very irritated! Who needs snoring dogs or DH when it is quilting keeping us up?!
Sweet dreams!

Not going to be up as late tonight. I have my 3 mos old DGS and he just went to sleep and will probably be up for a bottle a couple of times through the night. So gotta go to bed early. Early for me being 11 or midnight. tomarrow night I will probably be back to staying up til 3am again.

For sure you are not the only one. same here.

oh my goodness.. I never sleep much. 3 or 4 hours, if I'm really really lucky.. some nights hardly any at all.. but it doesn't seem to matter all that much.. I don't fall asleep during the day, so who cares.. My DH worries that I don't sleep, because he does, enough for both of us.. So I'm with all of you out there that spend most nights up doing something we want to do! Life it like that, and since I'm retired, I just let it happen.

Ya just gotta love this board!

Am I the only one who does this???

That's what I am doing right now, but two dogs, and two cats, snoring with him. Gotta love them. My DD is driving home to Tacoma, WA tonight. We are having a storm. I tried to get them to wait, but you know adults, they do as they must.

Nope. Lots of us night owls. lol.

Yup....I'm a member of the Middle of the Night club too. Once I'm awakened by the inhouse symphony....that's it for me for the night. Sometimes I have all my household chores done before he wakes.....Makes for a long day, but more quilting time....ha ha!

If you stay up at night do you then nap much during the day? I know I see where some say they don't nap.
