My first Grandchild

I was able to go visit my first grandchild, he was 2 weeks old when I got to meet him and a month old when I had to get get back home to work. I feel blessed to have been able to go see him, and enjoyed every minute with my daughter, son in law, and also got to visit with one of my sisters, 3 brothers and there family's. Of course I took him his first quilt from Grandma.

He is adorable. And has hair. Our kids never had hair. Grandkids are the best.

What a blessing being a grandmother is. It is simply the best job in the world. You get to love a little human being and watch them grow into a wonderful person day by day. Enjoy every moment. I do.
