DD and family arrived yesterday from Washington and brought my kitten with them. She is still a bit skittish but who can blame her after being put in a crate and driven for 16 hours.
She came to visit me in my office this morning. Played with some books, go into the shelves, checked everything out. |

She is so cute and love the name! Our new house has a kittie door to the basement and I am assuming that is where they kept the litter box - I may get another kitten if it would go to the basemrnt for its business. Not sure how dog would like it, but he would learn.

Stash loves books, woo. What a cutiepie! I love watching kittens explore new horizons! I hope she gets to be a cuddler if that is what you want! I never knew cats had such different purrsonalities until I had more than one. They are uniguely their own purrsons! :lol:

I hope she is a cuddler. Will just take a lot of handling while she's young, I think. Just fed her tiny bits of egg and cheese from breakfast. Food is good too. :wink: |

Her favorite thing seems to be attacking feet as they walk by whatever she is hiding behind or under. She's got the "weaving around your feet as you stand at the kitchen sink" down too.

pam - she is so adorable!! I think Stash is the perfect name, and I can already tell that she is going to snuggle and purr to you all the time.
I have always loved cats, now if they would only come in hypoallergenic flavors I could get another one! have fun with her! |

Speaking of missing the litter box... She finally used it today. I'm not sure she knew what it is for since she has mainly been outside. She's calmed down, as much as a kitten can, and was following me from room to room. I didn't have the camera ready when she was laying half under a quilt in the hoop and of course, when I went to get it she followed me.
