My Pastel Bush Finally Shows Off....

3 Attachment(s)
After more than a decade of nothng but leaves, my Pastel Bush finally remembered to do what it is supposed to do....have multi-coloured berries!!! And, it out-did itself. It surprised me because all this time I thought I had bought something that was mislabeled at the greenhouse. (Sorry the pics are sideways)

Oh my!! I wish I could see this in person. That would make a great quilt.

how unusual and pretty

Is that the actual name of your bush and what size does it get to be? I would love something like that if it would grow in my area. But I would want one that was 10 years old already so I could have instant pretty.;)

This is absolutely beautiful! But it sure looks like porcelainberry, which is an invasive destructive weed that grows as a vine. I hope I'm wrong.

Well it finally got its act together! Wish it would talk to my Morning Glories because I have yet to see a bloom!

That's beautiful !!! I never heard of it before!

Well, Dunster, it was sold to me as a Pastel Bush, so I can't say if it is Porcelain Berry...it looks alike. Good thing I live in a subdivision where it can never escape.
Jokir44, it is about 8 feet high, but it has taken a long time to get there.
Tartan, my Black Eyed Susans didn't flower at all this year either....just not a great year for flowering annual vines, I guess.
