Look for it on ebay. Maybe you can find out what it is. I wouldn't throw it away until I knew what I was throwing away. It's probably a part for something you have.

If something is in my sewing room it doesn't mean it's related to sewing. haha That's the room we put stuff in until later and a lot of times it has nothing to do with sewing. Maybe someone here can help find out what it is. You've got us intrigued with that picture.

I know this is late but I found your mystery part. It is part of the TruCut rotary cutter. It rides along the edge of the TruCut rulers

I don't have that brand cutter or ruler, so I couldn't have recognized it. Apparently not many of us do.
