I'm a germmophobe.Didn't used to be,but it evolved. I carry germ x in my bag,use it after every public place I go. I also don't like to shake hands.I am friendly person, its just the germ thing.I dont like being that way but I am.I also have a fear of falling, due to my falling accident 4 years ago.I also dont like big open spaces, but Im not claustrophobic. Lets hear yours!

Arachnaphobia!!!!!! I know spiders eat the nasty bugs, and I won't kill them outside, but in my house . . . they gotta die! Also claustrophobic, I have to be able to see a way out. Can't stand long tunnels.

I hate snakes as far as I am concerned the only good snake is a dead one, it could be due to the fact that I had a dead snake put down the back of my blouse at school.
I also hate ladders I get so far up and freeze but I am ok with stairs and heights. strange very strange.

Spiders! Seeing a big one makes me ill - skin gets clammy and I get nauseous. I have to leave until someone 'disposes' of it. If there's nobody around, I'll spray it with Spider-Ban ... which is usually accompanied by me screaming at the same time!

To a lesser degree - heights (can't seem to get past the 4th rung of any ladder) and being unable to touch the ground when swimming.

Another of mine. I wont read library books any more. Nasty!!! A friend of mine works at the library and you would not believe what gets returned in books!

I work in a library, too. Some days we get books back that smell so bad we have to air them out a few days before we can put them on the shelves. I can see how the thought of library books would freak out a germaphobe, but I also worked in a bank and I really think money is worse. When a shipment of money came in and we had to break it down into bundles our hands would be filthy and stinky when we finished.

Heights. Ugh, evn ladders. Worms and snakes, no fishing for me, unless someone else will bait my hook, lol, and driving somewhere I am unfamilar with. I have lived near Janesville all my life, and can drive there, but I cant drive on the interstate....am affraid to go to far on a map. Its really a bad phobia, because it really limits what I can do!

I don't know what the name is for it, but when I go out to eat, I have to sit on a specific side or I start hyperventilating. Only a couple of my friends know about this and I can't seem to break it. Some days are better than others. :)

Money is by far the dirtiest thing you can touch :-( I work for a Credit Union and the statistics of the dollar bill are scary (most are rolled and used for illicit purposes) and then you have the people who come in and take it out of their socks or their bras or their mouth...ick!!
