Where are you in VT, and what meter is it? I have a friend on a very low fixed income who is in southern VT (Putney area) that I could point your direction.

Edit- sorry, I see that you did say they're for a Contour meter. I'll ask her what she uses, & if it's the right one I'll point her your way.

Ok, she uses a One Touch Ultra, guess it won't work.

I have the One Touch Ultra. I could really use the strips if they work in this meter. I can't afford to pay too much but I would pay something for them. Please let me know.

Try selling them on eBay. Someone will want them, and if you feel bad about taking the money, you can always donate it - or use it for your husband's medical expenses.

I would take them to a Dr office or to a senior citizens group they will know some one that needs them. we called the local senior citizens group when my grandmother passed away and they come and picked all the medical supplies and gave it to a senior that needed it, that would of been what GM would of wanted as well.

What type of strips or machine do they go with? One of the nuns at Prayer Town near Amarillo, TX was saying how expensive they were. If they are the right kind, I'll pay for the shipping and take them to her.
