My daughter, SIL & kids got a new basset hound puppy.
They named her Bentley. Haven't met her yet, but she does look lovable. :lol: :lol: |

We have a tree walker hound that looks like a cousin to a beagle or basset hound. He is too cute for his own good. They tend to get plump, but are just too adorable when they beg for treats....just a big old hunk of love.....YOu just can't resist them!!!

that is my hubby's favorite and the only dog i think we could have. Nuts i wanted an adopted/rescued grayhound. I even found a verse in Proverbs about them--hubbs is studying to be a pastor---could work in my favor, no??

We had a beagle/basset mix but got him when he was 1 and a half so totally missed that puppy phase. Keep posting pics as you can. |

Awwww...those paws, those ears. I have 4 bassets-had 5 but my old man Moosie Bear left us in May. My "baby boy" is now 4, little girl is 5 and my other 2 girls are 8. What joy a baby basset is. I do a lot of work with basset hound rescues. Congratulations on your family's new baby.
