My Mom lived in Old Town for a while when she was young. She was originally from Ellsworth. I grew up in Scarborough - not very far up.
A belated welcome to the board, by the way!

Some of my neighors have pumps running and the hoses look like they are attached to running water. I only a damp spot in the basement. We went to a quilt shop yesterday, my husband and I, ended up being a 5 hour trip due to roads closed due to water, RT 119, and Rt 128 repairing one lane at a time.
My heart goes out to all affected, and my prayers.
