I was mamaw until they got their g's. I really liked it. I was almost sad when it changed to Grandma but I will take it anyway I get it as long as it keeps coming. They fill up my heart!
My cousin-in-law calls her grandparents on her fathers side Big Daddy and Big Mama.

I really like GramCracker! That totally fits me. But there better not be any grandkids until after college...and a career...and no debt...I'm dreaming, right?

Grammie here, my mom is Oma, and GGM is Nana. And then there is Mimi too.

I also was mammaw until they could say their "g"s,just as someone else said.
Now I'm Grandma (which I love!)
But my brother and SIL are MiMi and Bop to their grandkids

My granddaughter is 19 months old..we are pressing her to call me Nana..so far..Na is the extend of it...she calls her grandfather Dappy. I love being a grandmother.

I'm Grandma to some, Nana to others...William is Papa to all of them...
My great grandmothers were Nonnie, Nana, and Nama..

I had a Mamaw in Virginia and a Grandma in Illinois. Easier to keep track with two different names.

My mom is called Mamaw. My mother in law is called Grandma Dorothy.

My dad was not up for being a Papaw or a Grandpa so he is Ol' Bob. His choice.
