first one by email: The status of order #10208 is now Shipped


Second one by email: the status of order #10208 is now Refunded

So was it shipped or was I refunded my money? LOL

Check you account and see if the $$ came back...might need to order it again.

might have been a partial refund, one item not available or I've also had part of the shipping refunded because the actual amount was less than the calculated.

It was one item under $10. I'm not that concerned about it, just thought it was odd.

I sometimes get this message when the shipping charges that were estimated are lower.

sometimes those are spam emails, even a virus. don't click on any link given. go directly to the company site and check there or call.
