So was it shipped or was I refunded my money? LOL
I believe giving what I can will never cause me to be in need.

Check you account and see if the $$ came back...might need to order it again.
might have been a partial refund, one item not available or I've also had part of the shipping refunded because the actual amount was less than the calculated.

It was one item under $10. I'm not that concerned about it, just thought it was odd.

sometimes those are spam emails, even a virus. don't click on any link given. go directly to the company site and check there or call.
I got caught in one of those weird circles of emails two years ago. I ordered a book on Amazon and kept getting emails about a 'delay with the order'. I kept getting status updates that said it would be 'shipped soon'. The last one I got, after two years, said it would be shipped in April of 2017! I just cancelled the order. I never was charged for the book, so it was more annoying than anything. A week later I saw the book on Amazon again and ordered it from another supplier. I had it a week later, and paid much less for it. I did write to Amazon, and they said "It happens". Lol!
