well for various reasons, I am still forced to write checks, but trying to find ways to cut down, bc of the cost per box!
I have written some checks ahead of time, but never thought about what your describing.
Whether someone has written their check already or not, I don't think it's to inconvenience anyone. Sometimes you can't be sure what you will be charged etc.
It's the man behind you, coughing and spreading germs that was really making you feel trapped.
If he had not been there, I think the experience would have made less of an impression.
Most doctors offices have signs now, insisting that sick ppl wear masks. I'm sure the staff could hear him. Seems they were not totally doing their job.
I feel somewhat claustro. under conditions like that! I really don't need to be sick or tranfer it to my hubby who is disabled from breathing problems.
It's good to be made aware that writing some of my checks beforehand could make somebody else's day a little easier. I will try to remember that. :-D
