"7550 members of this community, 50 online at the time of this post, and yet, we are only hearing from a teeny tiny percentage, if even large enough to quantify. Facts are, from my newness perspective: "

I am on this board frequently for short periods of time, but because I work outside the home, there is not the time to read through the 17 or 18 pages of this.
Because I was out of town when the Diaries were started, there is no way I am going to sift through all of that now. I spend most of my time on here looking at people's work and talk about quilting.

I really appreciate this board and all the folks on it. Everyone has shown such beautiful work and I love to see all the quilting projects that are being worked on. I do like to occasionally see what is going on in peoples lives and respond to it. I have also occasionally enjoyed the jokes or inspirational stories/video's that have been posted, but I am on here to learn and share quilting and get quilting ideas.

Thank you Admin and Patrice and Shadow for all the work you do. This is the only message board and chat room I have ever been on.

I think being able to edit your title in PDA is a great idea, but I have a question - if you're 'watching' someone's diary, will you still get email notifications if the thread title has been changed?

Hmm. It's a good question. I don't think you would.
But I also noticed that people append a new post at the end, after editing their title. They do it to actually post the information that's being announced in the title. The new post would generate an e-mail notification.

Admin, do you read the PDA section?
For the good or the bad, I don't. But I'm considering starting my own PDA topic so I can whine about the users :)

Thanks Admin but I meant would you still be considered as watching a topic if its title has changed - however, you answered my question in your reply! Look forward to reading YOUR PDA!
