Two more years for me as well, birthday in August. Cant wait so I can enjoy the garden and quilting and keeping in touch with all.....

Can't wait for my "last day" but don't know when that will be. Work in a family business and my 88 year old mother still comes in everyday to check out things. Have told my kids that they shouldn't expect that kind of dedication from me, but with the economy the way it is I may never be able to retire completely.

Congratulations. I have worked almost 40 years for our county prosecutors office and last week decidedto inform my boss that I will be retiring effective the end of December. Was scared to think about it because I love my job, but now that I have put it out there - am soooo excited. My grandchildren live over 10 hours away and I will finally be able to go and spend more time with them and teach them so much. Enjoy your time. My machines will really be humming next year.
