I also signed up. I have taken my answering service off because all the calls never leave a message and the service

picks them up anyway. I can check on my phone to see who calls. They are using friends numbers now to call you.

The scam calls are now using my area code but I let everything go through the machine, If someone is calling to talk to me I pick up. They will get tired of no answer and hopefully will take me off their list.

I don't answer any calls I don't recognize the number. If it's a legit call, they will leave a message. In the case of this lawsuit, I don't think you have to have answered the call. They just had to have called your number.

I too am on this list and plan to send in my form if I get anything I get it if I don't I don't. I have filled out class-action lawsuit before one was with Prudential life insurance in the end all my life insurance policy's ended up being paid him for several years before they should've been.
