Pick the times when it is important to express my opinion and walk away when it is not. Learn to listen to other people not always talk.And most important the Golden Rule.

Never be hurtful to someone just to prove my point.

Respond rather than react.
Don't make assumptions.
Give someone my full attention when they are speaking.
Smiles are contagious and make others feel good.
Laughter is truly the best medicine!
