I have that apron!!it was my mom's and Im hoping I can find that pattern for you but it looks like it may be in my 2nd home. It will be a few weeks before I go back to check though but anyways maybe somebody can beat me to the punch getting it for you.

Don't have a pattern but remember putting the fried zucannia in the pocket because the teacher made us eat everything we cooked and I could not stand it that day. A flashback to 1947
