Glad to hear Billy and all are fairing well. Hope your other home is okay as well, Billy.

Looks like we can expect some aspect of it here tomorrow. Sure is windy today.

Be careful driving please!

Just got some pics from my mom of the nashville mall and it has standing water, can't tell it is a parking lot. She has been sending pics of nothing but water on roads.

You should watch the Weather Channel and see what they are showing of the storms there. Jim Cantore is in Nashville, and they had one of the guys here in town.

I heard from my folks and they managed to get ahead of the storms finally. Thank God cause my nerves have had it for this weekend. Billy I couldn't watch the weather channel anymore, it just breaks my heart to see the devastation (sp?) that ppl are having to deal with. We have a saying around here and it is, if Jim cantore is coming to town pack your bags and leave. Here was here during the ice storm. Lol

It's finally over for us. I actually see sunshine. Our area got over 13" of rain in two days. Some areas got up to 18-20 inches. Downtown Nashville is holding its breath--the Cumberland River is rising to above flood levels. Hundreds were rescued and many have lost everything--their homes, cars, etc.

We have been blessed. No major damage to our home or property.
