UGH!! I am semi-retired (only working 3 days a week) and HATE to drive in it. When I was retired and didn't have to go out, I LOVED it!!
The Fall has been wonderful here. (SE MI) But, the prediction is that we are to have a lot of snow this winter! |

Just as I was getting settled into quilting mode, the sending unit in my husband's truck goes. I am going to be under the truck tomorrow. Hopefully it won't be to cold where my butt freezes and gets stuck to the concrete.....LOL

Gorgeous and almost 60 degrees here in NJ today. My daughter has an NCAA college soccer game on Saturday so we are hoping that htis weather will hold for her (and us!) |
Beautiful pictures. Glad it is you and not me! LOL I thought I loved snow until I lived in Upstate NY for 10 years as a single Mom with 4 daughters. Lots of stories to relive but now we are all in warm weather.

Oh how I miss the snow. I grew up north west of Chicago and we always had plenty of snow. Now I live in Florida and oh how I miss it. Keeping sending pictures they are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!

Oh. I want to come there to. Oh boy you should hear the acorns falling off my oak trees here in Florida. That is almost a good sign that we are going to have a cold winter. Only one problem. NO SNOW.

I hate cold weather. Unless of course I can enjoy it from the the comfort of my quilting room where I'm sitting with my fuzzy slippers, hot coffee and one of my many projects. Now if only I had the spare time to do that. I think I feel the need for a sick day coming on.

I'm right there with you. We got about 6" yesterday. Sun is shining brightly today and it's melting fast (another storm Sunday). Oh so beautiful. Luckly for me - I love the snow. My huskies say, Let It Snow!!!!!" They were out playing in it for over 1 1/2 hrs before they wanted to come back in. :lol:

It's in the 70"s today; I have on a sweater over the flannel shirt and still cold! Pics are beatiful.
