Beautiful!! Thank you for sharing with us :D:D:D
I was watching the news last night, they are predicting us "low landers" will be getting a lot of snow this winter too LOL

redkimba 11-10-2010 09:17 AM

Neat! Send some of that down here; I wanna see the locals freak out.

Jabear617 11-10-2010 09:23 AM

mollymct 11-10-2010 09:28 AM

Oh, my goodness! And it's a warm and sunny day here. I still haven't put away my "warm weather" clothes!

Lisa_wanna_b_quilter 11-10-2010 09:30 AM

mommaB 11-10-2010 09:48 AM

OOOHH!! I can't wait :D :D I grew up in the snow belt and miss it so. We don't get nearly enough of the white stuff here in Columbus :-D Everyone says they can't wait to retire and move south to warm and no snow...I'm going NORTH!!

Thanks for the pics..a girl can dream can't she??

Same here, I miss snow, we rarely get any. I'm moving north as well!! :)

julia58 11-10-2010 09:59 AM

What a pretty view, I love to LOOK at snow!

hobo2000 11-10-2010 10:08 AM

So beautiful. You know you can always get warm in the winter without electric but try getting cold without it in the summertime. I vote for a Quilters Colony in the northwoods.LOL

craftiladi 11-10-2010 10:36 AM

Yes ole man winter hit cedar city ut yesterday too.We got a good amt of snow also but by afternoon the sun melted most of it. We are supposed to get another snow storm in tonight. And boy it is cold.
Very pretty pics

ann clare 11-10-2010 10:37 AM

just_the_scraps_m'am 11-10-2010 11:22 AM

so refreshing! thanks for sharing!

annyroony2 11-10-2010 02:38 PM

If I had this scene outside my window, I might be able to get something done inside! We have had beautiful weather this week.

hikingquilter 11-10-2010 02:43 PM

Beautiful photos.

dsb38327 11-10-2010 02:50 PM

Serenity.

newquilter10 11-10-2010 02:54 PM

In a strange way I do miss the prettines of the snow and ice. We come to the Rio Grande Valley to escape all of it but to be on your side of the window with a nice cup of hot tea, coffee or hot chocolate sounds appealing.

dglvr 11-10-2010 03:00 PM

Beautifal. Don't send it north though. I'd rather see your pictures than have to take my own. We were suppose to get snow last night but thankfully it forgot us.

amandasgramma 11-10-2010 03:06 PM

Kim -- I think it's coming your way!!! Actually, I don't know but I'll bet by the time winter ends, we'll be competing for the most. This year looks like it might be bad....or good, according how you like it..LOL

boohoofish 11-10-2010 03:07 PM

The pics are beautiful but being from northern Minnesota - otherwise known as Minnesnowta - now living in the desert southwest where it was about 78 today I can honestly say I don't miss the snow one bit. But truly enjoyed the pics.

Kutnso 11-10-2010 03:45 PM

Absolutely beautiful. I love winters but my husband has a hard time in cold weather so we leave for 6 months in Florida on Dec. 1. We live in New Hampshire, lots of snow here also.
Happy quilting, Kutnso

Dragonfly Nana 11-10-2010 03:47 PM

Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures.

I thinks I just stay here at the beach.

clem55 11-10-2010 03:56 PM

Love seeing the snowscapes, but I really don't look forward to having it here. Today it was in the 70's,and I enjoyed being outside a bit.

Luv Quilts and Cats 11-10-2010 03:57 PM

Oh No! Keep it there, please! I am not ready for snow quite yet! LOL

Sadiemae 11-10-2010 06:23 PM

It snowed all day, but we were so warm it melted as it landed.

Ditto

bjnicholson 11-10-2010 06:51 PM

Beautiful! Believe it or not, I want some snow here in Ohio! One thing that made me happy is the low temps they've had in Miami, FL, brought the afghans I made for my little DGD's out and they are very happy to have them!

Oh darn, I think I'll just let you win this one okay?
I was just outside and not a cloud in the sky. Its cold enough to snow though. I guess tis the season.

stitchinwitch 11-11-2010 04:32 AM

very pretty - but that is the only snow I care to see - PICTURES! It is suppose to get up to 75 here today, on Saturday, only 53.

quilt3311 11-11-2010 05:14 AM

Love photos like this. thanks for sharing, so far NO SNOW for us. Which is fine with me. I hate scooping it.

MrsM 11-11-2010 05:16 AM

Your view is great. I also love your clever quote. It made me chuckle.

mommamac 11-11-2010 05:18 AM

the first snow is always so beautiful -
but keep it away from Maine for a few more months if you would!

Patched 11-11-2010 05:19 AM

Beautiful. I love to sit and watch it snow, especially since I don't have to get out. Thanks for sharing.

Ellie'sNana 11-11-2010 05:28 AM

Ooooooh! I'm so jealous. Thank you for sharing such beauty.

Roberta 11-11-2010 06:00 AM

Beautiful but WAY too early to see that.

ShowMama 11-11-2010 06:10 AM
