Thanks to all of you for the suggestions. I am looking into Wilcom TrueSizer. I did check out Embird but at $144 it is more than I want to pay. Also it does so much more than I really need or want to do. I considered the free 30 day trial from Embird but since I am sure I won't be buying the program it seemed sort of dishonest to use it just to make the conversions. And to the person who mentioned Artlink - I have a very old version of Artlink (my machine was purchased in 2000) and I don't think it converts from ART to PES and I also don't think the newest version will work with my old machine. Bernina doesn't offer any support to speak of for machines as old as mine.
