This isn't totally unrelated to quilting since I intend to combine some quilted blocks with some embroidered blocks! I recently purchased a Brother embroidery machine and would like to use some of the designs I had already collected for my Bernina sewing/embroidery machine. The designs, however, are in the ART format and need to be converted to PES. I am hoping someone knows of some relatively inexpensive program (also easy to use) that will convert the formats. It doesn't need to do anything else - all I want to do is convert from ART to PES. Does such a thing exist? Thanks - someone in this group always seems to come up with an answer!

Bernina has a free program that is called Artlink. It does conversions, merging different designs, slow redraw so you can see how the design will sew, resizing, and changing colors. You can find it on their site at http://www.berninausa.com/product_de...-i325-sUS.html
And did I mention it's free? <grin>
