Sarina's mother died as she was reaching her teenage years. She had to step in and take over all the household duties and became the family drudge. She finally decided to leave so she could start building a new life for herself. One with a handsome husband, money, and sometime in the future a family of her own.

just as with Adelaide, Sarina wanted to meet a man but as she stood on the deck watching the sunset several approached but she rebuffed them all until she heard a man shuffling his feet lightly across the deck. She turned and there stood the man she had dreamed about all her life, she floated into his arms, they began dancing slowly to the shipboard music. Business had been tough lately. Due to poor economy people just weren't travelling as much, weren't buying as much. They had to come up with some way to make their shop profitable again. Would a new beautiful employee help? Or should they turn to something more devious? They were, afterall, at the point of desperation.

Suddenly the quilt shop people had a brainstorm - how about becoming a franchise of Favorite Frabics! After all, Favorite Fabrics has high quality fabrics, matched only by their customer service! But becoming a franchise would initially cost two million dollars, and to get this kind of money the quilt shop owner would have to.........
