Thank you for sharing they are such beautiful mammals and I love seeing them in the wild. I will never forget the first killer whale in captivity Namu we have learned so much about them since the '60's. They really do belong in the wild and seeing them like that is breathtaking, I can't believe over 80 in that pod. There looked to be a lot of young ones.

My daughter& her ex went to BC on their honeymoon. They went whale watching on the small pontoons. Soon they were in the midst of 4-5 pods of Orcas, approx 85 animals. They were going around and under their boat. She had died and gone to heaven that day. She had recently graduated with a marine science degree!
