i learned how to do swedish weaving about 5 years ago i absolutely love it. have made about 40 of them and the things you can do are endless. have about a dozen books on it and about 30 pieces of 2.5-3 yards cloths to make more lol i took up quilting since so its been on the back burner since but i will get back to it.

Maureen, I've done it a few times & you can get totally obsessed with it. I used Monk's cloth & it made a wonderful throw & placemats. I sometimes fold it across the foot of my bed as a bedrunner. It also washed very well for me. Go for it.
