I do have a request if we decide to meet up at some point. May we meet on either an evening or a Saturday?

One of the things that has kept me out of the local guild is that all the groups meet during the weekdays starting at 10 am. I work for a living in downtown Dallas.

I also have the same issue so would have picked that sort of timing anyway, but thanks for bringing it up at the outset.

I think it would be fun for those who live in a common area to meet. There could be a Dallas group and a Houston and a Lubbock group, etc.
I belong to a sewing group now and we met on line on the sewforum boards. We met over three years ago for lunch and have been meeting every month since then, and we are going on our 5th retreat this month. We've all become very good friends.
