I used to say to my DH as we were between floors, "Hpw long do they think they can keep it a secret that they have now found TWO dead bodies in this building?" Then we'd get off at the next floor.

Forgive me please, but I don't know whether to laugh or cry for you. I keep imagening hearing what your daughter said at the mall and ROFL, but when I think of who she is, I think laughing is inappropriate.

Please do not feel bad for me. My life with her is not easy, but I would not trade it for the world. She gives me far more joy than trouble. She also has a rare kind of Muscular Dystrophy and was given a life expectancy of 5 when she was 3. She is now 14 and doing amazingly well. Every day is a gift. We laugh every day at the things she says and does. She is well loved and she knows it, and gives us back that love. Life doesn't get any better than that.
