Any magnets with long handles for pins?
I would really see a need for that. |
That's a great idea. I use a magic brush on the carpet and also keep one on my table for picking up threads also works great on the cutting mat.

Thanks for the great idea. I hate trying to get all those threads out of my vacuum.

Thanks that is a great idea!

That is a great idea. I've pulled the carpeting out of my studio, because for me it's the dropping of pins that is a problem. Last thing I need is to bury a pin in my foot. (Yes, I've done it, too.)

When i tell people that they think i am crazy. i am glad no one here would think that. lol... I have one in my sewing room and I do use it.

I've used this brush for a long time in my quilting room that
is carpeted. I also use it to get threads off from my clothes... it works great....I keep mine on a hook underneath my sewing cabinet so it is always handy. |
I have a long wand type tool with a magnet on the end ...use
it to pick up pins on the carpeting. I think you can get them at the auto supply store....don't know about hardware store... I have had mine so long can't remember where I purchased it |
To save me bending over, I use a light yard broom for the threads, and it works pretty well.
