trim healthy mama

Anybody interested in the Trim Healthy Mama eating plan? My daughter started a couple months ago and is very impressed with it. My daughter-in-law is considering starting. I'm still reading the first book and plan to start soon.

It's basically a diabetic type diet. Well planned meals to balance carbs and fats using low glycemic carbs and healthy proteins including beans, eggs and meat.

Is this a group thing like weight watchers, or just a personal plan.......buy book?

It's a personal plan. Amazon carries the books. The sisters that put it together have a website and a facebook page with lots of helpful posts from beginners to advanced followers regarding recipes and menus.
