Depending on my mood sometimes I'll just have peace and quiet, music or TV shows/movies playing on my computer which is just to the right of my sewing table.

I don't watch TV at all. Don't listen to music in my sewing room either, just listen to nature.

Yes it's either the TV or music. I watched all the murder shows; Snapped, Dateline ID, Wicked Attraction, etc. My DH says he's worried and I tell them he should rest assured because they never get away with it.

No TV, just a radio for now. I may get my daughter's small flat screen TV in Sept. after she moves in with her BF as they will have too many TV's. If so, I want to move the DVD player into my sewing room as we don't use it anymore in the den. I have quilting DVD's that I seldom watch now.

I have tv with dvd & vcr connected but don't have it connected to the cable so the polka music is on the computer the whole time the computer is on. Have certain programs on tv that I go out into the living room to watch. Then I am quilting by hand or something with my hands. Used to be that tv was on the whole time but not always even if in the sewing/computer room.

Nope...no tv. Sometimes I will listen to DVD's, or talk radio. Mostly, I just enjoy the peace and quiet.

Yes, I have my own TV and DVD player in my sewing room, with my own DirecTV box as well. So, I watch lots of DIY, HGTV, science and animal shows, and movies.

I don't even own a TV. Its picture tube went out about 5 years ago right before we moved and we just hauled it to the dump and never replaced it. The radio is in the kitchen and I believe the last time that I turned that on was about 6 months ago. I like the quiet. I work in a warehouse with forklifts running and one of my co-workers has the radio on all the time. By the time I get home, all I want to hear is the quiet. My husband and I are both readers. But during the summer, we are usually outside working on something - right now that's a new deck/patio area. Next month we will be having road base hauled in for part of our driveway.
