When only having to read with no other input, no, not always. Sorry to dampen your joke.

Mine would be sleeping in that camper if he pulled that LOL!! But have fun-you know you will. I love your sense of humor and make sure to post pictures after your shop hop excursion.

I think that is a spendid idea! Maybe that would make him stop and think before talking next time. I do hope that you have a wonderful time!!!

You gave me a good idea! If I get rid of all the "goodies 'in the camper and wait 3 yrs maybe MY DH would want to go again! We have an old travel trailer 32' use to go to week long bluegrass jams, then the van broke. about 3 yrs ago(!!!) He now has a truck that would pull it hmmmmm

you know....Put another log on the fire.
Cook me up some bacon and some beans.
And go out to the car and change the tyre.
Wash my socks and sew my old blue jeans.
Come on, baby, you can fill my pipe,
And then go fetch my slippers.
And boil me up another pot of tea.
Then put another log on the fire, babe,
And come and tell me why you're leaving me.

Why don't I cook something for him. My husband knows he's in deep stuff when that happens. We laugh about my last effort being "environmentally friendly clay targets". It was supposed to be muffins. I got interrupted and forgot to put in the baking powder.

Cha-Ching Cha-Ching Cha-Ching LOL

Honest. That was a true story. For family pot lucks everybody rushes to assure me that I'm supposed to bring the paper plates.

Been there Done that.

Don't kill him, that's too humane. Let him suffer along with the rest of the husbands out there. Several years ago I was suffering from menopausal moods swings and DH WASN'T helping at all. He was continually griping at me. Mom told him to lay off that it was menopause. The next month when the moods started swinging again, he got grouchy again. When I told him to ignore it that it was just caused my menopause, he said, "Menopause??? I thought you had that last month!!!" I looked him in the eye and in a deadly calm voice said, "That statement is justifiable homicide in all 50 states and most foreign countries, you get away from me and do it now." I don't know how he lived through those years.

Nope, my vote is to make him suffer--take his underwear, lay them flat and sew a seam about an 1 1/2-2" up from the bottom of the crotch. Or do what I friend of mine did, wash them with along with a load of fiberglass curtains.
