Giggling at the image of lazy muffins.

Did you grease the pans? The ad says they don't need greasing.

I'd really like to see a picture of your muffins. The pan looks like it should make normal-looking muffins.

Hope you don't mind if I post a muffin pan question of my own. In Wal-mart I saw what looks like a muffin pan, only the muffin holes were big squares, not rounds. I'm guessing this would make for little cake squares? Or is this thing intended for something different?

I have square aluminum muffin pans. They make nice size cakes and meatloaf too. I've never tried silicone pans but the concept sounds good.

Thanks, Mary! I love the idea of using them for mini meatloaves. What's the difference in the cooking time between using the square muffin pans and a regular meatloaf dish?

LOL! I'm with DebraK and lauriejo: Lazy Muffins rule!

don't know how long exactly it takes for the little meatloafs. I take them out when they look done. They do cook faster than full size meatloaf. I wonder if the silicone pans will cook meat items?
