very odd Muffin pans
I bought this muffin pan for $1.00 brand new at a consignment shop. Now my Maple squash mufffins taste awesome but..they are the funniest looking muffins that I have ever seen...I will post a picture if I can figure it out. here is the link to the pan I bought. Does anyone have a trick to make these muffins look like muffins when using them? http://www.bakedeco.com/a/elastomoule-silicon-9461.htm

What's wrong with how they look? Can you describe it? I've used silicone cupcake pans before (heart-shaped) and not had a problem.

the look of the muffins is probably why you found that muffin pan in the consignment shop to begin with :) my sister gifted me with one of these and i could not get anything to look good from it. |

:oI say 'as long as they taste great who cares how they look!'....

I bought a muffin top muffin pan-awesome !! I agree with Carron as long as they taste great who cares how they look !! :-)
|
do they taste ok?
|
They taste great but they do not stand up...LOL...they are lay down muffins...:o
|
Once they get eaten they'll really be squashed muffins! I have the muffin top pan and I love it. I have never tried the silicone ones but I do love the pastry brush and whip and other things that are now made from it.
