I hate rude people. The customer service element has gone out the window these days and on so many levels. My hub is not shy and will take people to task for it. I understand business is tough out there but the good grief!

My thoughts too, there are plenty of NICE customer service people out there, had one call to see if I had gotten the email information he had sent on their tubs. Said he would call and see if I was making any progress in a week or so on making a choice.

I plan on it, there was no excuse for him to be this way.

Just out of curiosity, did you mention to the sales rep that his demeanor and attitude will only discourage potential customers, and send them running in the opposite direction?

Not at that time, should have I agree. With the way he was ranting etc., I was thinking he just lost a potential sale. I am calling the company later when I get home and talk with a manager about this. Let the management handle him.

First of all, I'd suggest you go to more than one nursing home and ask them about the walk in bathtubs.

A walk in shower is NOT an option for me. I already have one, I need a jacuzzi and the walk in bathtub is just that with the duel jets.
There are different kinds of walk in bathtubs - I have done a lot of research online etc.
I know what my personal needs are, so I am looking for a Walk in Bathtub with jets, heater.

Have you checked with your doctor and medicare? I THINK my friend was able to get some financial assistance with hers, not a lot but some. Enjoy your new tub when you get it and hopefully no more mean sales people!

i had a lady at Wells Fargo bank hang up on me when i was trying to get them to find my car loan pay off and credited to my account. Never encountered anyone so rude before.

I have ordered a tub, once it is in, need to shop for tile for the surround and the floor.
