Very nice But can I add one thing I work with elderly and please use some sort of nonslip stuff on the bottom. Maybe some dots of clear fabric glue or even brush it on. 8-)

great job ! puff paint is an excellent idea..i have used a little glue gun too..the glue dries rubbery.

Great idea about the puff paint or fabric glue. I wasn't told that by the person who taught me to do them but it really makes sense. Did add it to the tute. Thanks again for all the support.

i bought the gripper slipper stuff, in a childs slipper boot pattern/kit. and it is expensive!

I'd forgotten about these darling slippers. My grandma and Auntie use to make them and they embroideried on the toes and around where you have the lace........so cute and a great way to use up scrap lace, too. Thank you so much for sharing !

Wow, thanks for the flashback.... we made washcloth slippers when I was a girl scout back in the mid-1950s!
